HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE VENUE HOLD?

90-100 people max.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?

You can only serve liquor if you have a licensed bartender working during the event you host. Venue staff will request a copy of the bartender company before liquor will be allowed on our premises. 

Beer, wine, and soft drinks are allowed and cannot be resold onsite to guests.

CAN I BRING MY FOOD?

Yes. We do not provide any food or beverage. You can bring your home-cooked food and serve as long as it’s not sold publicly. Licensed and insured caterers are allowed to bring food for your event. Food must be pre-cooked before arriving onsite. No onsite cooking.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET TO DECORATE/SET UP EVENT?

Your setup time is dependent on what you book. If you rent the hall for the entire day, then the venue is yours to decorate/set up from 11 am that day until the close of business. If you are paying for the space hourly, then you must take into consideration the amount of time that is needed for set up and breakdown of the event.

An example of what renting the hall for six hours could look like:
1.5 hr for setup. 4 hr for the event 30 minutes for cleaning and breakdown.
